If we offer LLM/online rental-management services in a way that creates an electronic contract/commerce relationship with consumers/clients, we provide clear, direct and stable public identification and key business information as required by Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” — Article 7. Legal status of a seller (executor, supplier) of goods, works, or services in e-commerce.

For distance arrangements with consumers, pre-contract information and the right to withdraw/refuse are provided as required by Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” — Article 13 (information about products/services when purchasing at a distance), and Article 21 (consumer’s right to refuse a contract concluded outside business premises or concluded at a distance).

3) How we use and share personal data

We use personal data to provide responses, manage service delivery, and maintain records necessary for compliance. We may share personal data only when required or permitted by law, including with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, IT services), under appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
