Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how techvantagend.com (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you contact us via the website and when we otherwise process data in connection with our services offered to individuals in Ukraine.

1) Data we collect

  • Contact/lead form data: information you provide when submitting a contact/lead request (e.g., name, email, phone, message).
  • Account/service-related data (if applicable): data you share to receive or manage services.
  • Transaction/contract data: data related to communications or electronic contracting where applicable.

2) Purposes and lawful bases

We process personal data only for specific purposes, based on applicable legal grounds under Ukrainian law. Depending on the nature of interaction, we process data to:

  • Answer your inquiries, respond to requests, and communicate with you (including via the contact/lead form).
  • Perform electronic commerce/contract-related actions when services are provided and an electronic contract/commerce relationship is created.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

If processing requires consent for a specific purpose, we will collect such consent in a manner permitted by Ukrainian data protection rules under the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” (Law of Ukraine “Про захист персональних даних” — provisions regarding consent of the personal data subject).

If we offer LLM/online rental-management services in a way that creates an electronic contract/commerce relationship with consumers/clients, we provide clear, direct and stable public identification and key business information as required by Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” — Article 7. Legal status of a seller (executor, supplier) of goods, works, or services in e-commerce.

For distance arrangements with consumers, pre-contract information and the right to withdraw/refuse are provided as required by Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” — Article 13 (information about products/services when purchasing at a distance), and Article 21 (consumer’s right to refuse a contract concluded outside business premises or concluded at a distance).

3) How we use and share personal data

We use personal data to provide responses, manage service delivery, and maintain records necessary for compliance. We may share personal data only when required or permitted by law, including with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, IT services), under appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

4) Storage and retention

We store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and for periods required by applicable Ukrainian law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of request, legal basis, and obligations.

5) Your rights

Under Ukrainian data protection rules, you may have rights related to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, and (where applicable) erasure or restriction of processing, and to revoke consent where consent is the legal basis.

If you are a consumer and distance contract withdrawal/refusal applies to your situation, we ensure you have mechanisms and instructions consistent with Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” — Article 13 and Article 21.
